It all started in grandmas’ kitchen.
My food journey started when I was a young boy. Once a week, I would get off the bus at my grandparents’ house. I would walk into the kitchen, and there was my Grandma, greeting me with her homemade shortbread cookies and asking me what I felt like for dinner that night. I will never forget those times, and because of her, I learned the basics of food and cooking. Later, I decided to learn more, and I attended Liaison College of Culinary Arts.
After culinary arts school and training with various chefs, I decided to step out on my own and create Jordan’s Restaurant & Catering. We take pride in what we serve, creating fresh, tasty meals that leave you wanting more.
